Welcome to Total Pet Check. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization (such as a property management company), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

1. Description of Service

Total Pet Check provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist property managers and tenants in tracking, verifying, and managing pet vaccination records and compliance documentation.

2. Data Processing & Liability

Total Pet Check acts solely as a data processor. The Property Manager (the "Data Controller") retains all responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of the data submitted to the platform. Total Pet Check is not liable for falsified documentation uploaded by tenants or failure to enforce property regulations.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

The platform is provided free of charge to authorized property management companies. Tenants submitting standard pet records are subject to an annual screening and verification fee, processed securely via Stripe. Verified Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) and Psychiatric Service Dogs (PSDs) are processed free of charge in compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.
