• Account Information: Name, email address, and role (Property Manager or Tenant).
• Property Data: Apartment unit numbers, complex names, and AppFolio identifiers.
• Pet Records: Pet names, breeds, weights, and uploaded vaccination documentation.
• Financial Data: Payments are processed entirely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to provide the core functionalities of the Total Pet Check platform, facilitate communication between tenants and managers, and synchronize with authorized third-party integrations (such as AppFolio) at the explicit request of the Property Manager.

Document Storage Security

All uploaded tenant documents (PDFs, images) are stored in secure directories outside of public web access. These documents are only accessible via authenticated, time-limited secure routing authorized by the respective Property Manager.
